10 years on and I'm still enjoying modelling. With four adorable children 5 and under to feed - not forgetting a very hungry husband as well - making quick healthy tasty food means I can balance my work and home life....that's the plan anyway!! I'm happy to share my tried and tested favourite recipes with other parents. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do..... Love Gemma xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Jelly Halloween Jack o' Lanterns

Its nearly Halloween its raining and its half term! So make some Halloween half term fun with these jelly lanterns. The girls loved making them its easy fun and great for a Halloween party tea!

  • As many oranges as people
  • Jelly already made up and set in a bowl

  1. Cut around the top of the orange, remove the lid! Scoop out the orange (This is messy do it over a sink!)
  2. Cut out a scary face with a knife on the face of the orange
  3. Get your children to fill the hollowed out oranges with the pre made jelly. A fun dessert in minutes! Enjoy!

  1. Can I have one on Sunday please - I promise to dress up and scare everyone!! Well done Team Marshall - lovin the stripes goin' on!

  2. Such a good idea! Will have to give it a go myself. Loving the blog and all the ideas. Keep 'em coming!
